Phone Helper privacy policy
GS TechWorks · Updated 24 October 2026
Phone Helper processes your questions, visible screen controls, and optional screenshots locally using an on-device model. Voice input uses Android's explicit on-device recognizer. Spoken replies use an installed offline English voice. We do not upload these inputs or conversations, and there is no cloud AI fallback.
Screen access is used during help sessions. Screenshots, speech, and conversation context are kept only in memory and are cleared when you stop help or the process ends. We do not save audio recordings. Editable field contents and protected screens are excluded. The app can perform a supported navigation action only after your confirmation.
The app downloads its AI model from Hugging Face during setup. That download service receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. It receives no screen content or conversations from this app. Its own privacy policy applies to the download service: Hugging Face privacy policy
We retain the downloaded model and your screen-help consent setting on the device. No advertising, analytics, account, or remote crash-reporting service is included. App data is excluded from cloud backup and device transfer. Uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove locally stored data. Stop help clears the active session. Android lets you revoke accessibility and microphone access at any time.
Other apps and Android services operate under their own policies. This app cannot stop those services' unrelated activity.
